FWIW -
an anonymous teneb enthusiast on iNat think this is not the right species:

https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/6497910

"Tubercules not large enough".

Moved
Moved from subgenus Blapylis.

this is E. pimelioides
pretty far west, but it's got the slightly cordate pronotum; tuberculate sculpture on elytra; & rounded posterior.

Thanks -
for the detailed comment and ID on this beetle and the other! I understand that some folks want to preserve their anonymity, but your profile is blank. Without your name or any background so that I can evalute your experience with this group, I can't know whether to rely on your ID and move the image, since I don't know these beetles well at all. I will leave it here for now - I suspect someone else will move them or agree with you.

Moved
Moved from Darkling Beetles.
