Delmont, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, USA
August 19, 2007
Size: 2 inches
Found flying up a window inside my daughter's home around 2 in the afternoon. It was put in a clear plastic jar and it you put your finger near it the back part snapped up. It appeared to be a stinger similar to a scorpion only it was straight.

Megischus bicolor
This is my guess - Megischus bicolor in the family Stephanidae. Cool find!
