I think Coconino County would be correct, not Yavapai.

Thank you Flagstaff , AZ is in Coconino county. Hart Prairie has these bright yellow flowers ( at some elevation so it is cool. )
I gather the insect leaves the eggs on the flowers which then are carried off by butterflies . The eggs then eat the butterflies.
