Why was it moved off of this the first time? Should I not move them when you tell me the proper placement and just wait for you to do it?

Please be careful, when moving images.
When you first moved this image, you left the other two images in ID Request. Don't worry, this is a common mistake. Dr. Ascher was just cleaning up ID Request and he correctly selected "tag all", rather than "tag", (one image) like you did.
After I saw that this is what happened, I moved them all back to genus, for you. We want people to move the images on their own, but multiple images have more options available.

Female - Spider Wasp
10 flagellomeres = ♀
Her abdomen has a bristly tip. This looks like a female in the genus Anoplius. The wings seem to have the third submarginal cell petiolate. (disconnected from the marginal cell)
