What are the odds that #650248 is the same?

Difficult to tell.
If it is one of the highly polyphagous species of aphids it might be the same, but both images are of alatoid nymphs. Aphid nymphs are very difficult to ID, and I'm not sure there are even descriptions for nymphs with wing buds. Would need an adult (with or without wings) to make a positive ID.
