It looks like a Leaffooted Bug, except that it has vertical extensions above and below on the abdomen.

Coreidae for sure
I think what you're seeing as an extension on the dorsal surface is an optical illusion involving the membranous part of the wing, which is actually lying flat. Not sure about the underside. Any other angles?
