Currant sawfly? - Nematus ribesii

These were devouring currant leaves down to the veins. Can they be anything other than Nematus ribesii? Yet that species only has records for Western USA...

Nematus ribesii
this are young larvae, however, yellow rings on thoracic and 8 abdominal segments are good visible + position of black spots + host.
