Can't quite make out the species; was hoping for some help.

Callimoxys ocularis...
can be ID'd by the combination of the long elytra (shorter in sanguinicollis, the yellow bases of the femora with a distinct demarcation between the yellow and black, and in this case, the locality, as sanguinicollis does not range this far west.
