Woolly aphids

Woolly aphids
Bobolink Trail, Boulder County, Colorado, USA
June 13, 2017

Moved
Moved from Woolly Aphids and Gall-making Aphids.

This wax pattern reminds me more of psyllids than aphids. Psyllids are flat so you usually can't see them under the wax. Aphids tend to be rounder, plumper, so you can at least see part of the body under the wax.
