Membracidae of some sort? Thorn mimic - Entylia carinata

Membracidae of some sort? Thorn mimic - Entylia carinata
Malden, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
June 15, 2017
Very small leafhopper, thorn mimic, in suburban garden with many native species near Boston and the Middlesex Fells. Seen at 6:45 p.m. on 70 degree, windy day. Any identification help would be appreciated. I'm trying to catalogue the wildlife results of my native plant plantings.
