My bad. Those differences are obvious. I just found out hoverflies existed yesterday.

Looks like Syrphus risbesii

 
Syrphus has complete bands ov
Syrphus has complete bands overlapping side margins of tergite 3 and 4 except Syrphus opinator which only has tergite 2 with markings overlapping side margins.
The separate lunules on abdomen; black semicircle directly above antennae; pale white/yellow rim to scutellum; white side margins of tergite 5 identify this as Eupeodes volucris.
