Moved from ID Request. Interesting. Any more images? What kind of web/habitat?

Pictures
I uploaded all I have. I found this spider in the window seal between the window and the screen. He is no longer there, will check later to see if he returns. I did not observe any other web besides the fly wrapped in some sort web as pictured.

Appears
to be a Badumna.

Agreed.
She initially posted this to the Facebook group Insect Identification where I'm an admin. This was my thought as well, so I encouraged her to submit it here for confirmation, considering the lack of records in Washington to date. She's just across the river from Oregon.
