Guessing this little wasp is in subfamily philanthinae - I was reading this Bohart and Grissell doc (CALIFORNIA WASPS OF THE
SUBFAMILY PHILANTHINAE which says different tribes feed on different prey - wondering if anyone can tell me if it is an ant eater (tribe Aphilanthopini), a weevil eater (tribe Cercerini) or a bee eater (tribe Philanthini)... im guessing cercerini, but seems there is a lot of color variation and photos in each tribe that sort of look like my photo? thanks for any help!
