Anomaloninae - Grotea californica - female

Anomaloninae - Grotea californica - Female
Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, USA
June 20, 2017
This looks like the female counterpart of the Anomaloninae that Ross Hill ID'd for me. This wasp was landing on dried stalks of perennials and using her antennae to contact surfaces as she walked up and down the stalks. Since the Anomaloninae are new wasps for me, I'm just looking for confirmation.

Grotea californica…
That would make sense, seeing this wasp in the garden, as I am trying different plants to create habitat for the Ceratina bees. The soft pith of hydrangea, goatsbeard and mock orange are all being utilized by the bees and promoting them also attracts parasitic wasps. This picture was taken on a Mock Orange twig stuck in the ground that has yet to be excavated by the bees...

Thanks so much for the ID and the link to the info, since it is building the story of the connections of our garden.
