Bee mimic eats leaf-footed bug? - Laphria thoracica

Bee mimic eats leaf-footed bug? - Laphria thoracica
Nashua, Hillsboough County, New Hampshire, USA
June 19, 2017
Size: about 3/4 of an inch
I believe this is a bee mimicking robber fly in the genus Laphria. The leaf-footed bug seems to be Acanthocephala terminalis. Can anyone confirm these and provide the species name for the robber fly?
