There are the ones black around the middle and suspended from an end which Eric describes as Braconid, Meteorus:
This one above #139078, and the unusual

Then the ones that look like Bob's Orgyia parasitoid:

One similar but with more black , And one similar but with black ends

Wasp cocoon.
Braconid or ichneumonid. Harder too tell which than I first thought:-)
