Aphodiine Dung Beetle - Diapterna

Aphodiine Dung Beetle - Diapterna
Umatilla National Forest, South of Pilot Rock 5000 feet ele., Umatilla County, Oregon, USA
June 24, 2017
Size: 8mm
Many of these were flying about in a Lodgepole Pine stand ... looks a lot like Dendroctonus murrayanae - Lodgepole Pine Beetle ... ?
I added quite a few pictures in the hope of getting a better ID, and if it is a D. murrayanae more are needed anyway.
