Adelgidae? - Baeoalitriozus diospyri

Adelgidae? - Baeoalitriozus diospyri
Dyke Marsh, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA
June 4, 2017
This was a tiny speck on a leaf. I recognize the features as hemipteran, but beyond that it stumped me. Poking around here, it looks most like an Adelgid-type aphid to me. I believe it was on Honewort, Cryptotaenia canadensis, for what that's worth.
