Arizona Moth - Platynota wenzelana - female

Arizona Moth - Platynota wenzelana - Female
Miller Canyon, Cochise County, Arizona, USA
June 17, 2017
On a sheet with a UV black light. No previous images, but the guide page was in place, so I took the risk of placing it here, where it may rest possibly unchallenged in obscurity for years, decades, before anyone else happens upon it to either affirm or challenge this ID. It does match fairly well with certain BOLD images such as the reddish suffusion, and it is one of the larger Sparganathini with a wingspan of 20 mm or larger. Also it was found in the proper range as shown in MPG and BOLD.
