Unusual Leaf-eating Lady Beetle - Epilachna borealis
Wilmington, New Hanover County, North Carolina, USA

Size: 5mm
found eating a leaf in the vegetable garden of The New Hanover County Arboretum. It flew off before I could get any more photos. I believe it was eating the leaf of an Eggplant plant. No aphids were in the area.
