Pectinate antennae = ♂
Note, the overall line shape is not curved, which rules out the genus
Somatolophia
.
Jim Vargo's specimen on MPG is also a male. Congrats!

Somatolophia
Hard indeed to rule out Somatolophia pallescens for instance. My moth does seem to match well the Vargo image on MPG for Nepytia, as well as images CCBD 20815-G9, 10 on BOLD. But how far can you trust a few images. I have noticed that the AM line on pallescens, at least on images from BG and BOLD, seems to be smudgy or otherwise indistinct compared tho the sharper line shown for Nepytia and my specimen.

Yes
After checking the BOLD specimens, including the only female in there, Bob Belmont's specimen, on MPG doesn't seem to fit as well in
regulata
. I wonder if that is a misplaced
umbrosaria
. That's what it looks like anyway, with the darkened veins.
However, some of the BOLD specimens of
regulata
, also show some darkened veins. So, that may not be a very reliable character, to distinguish between these two species.
