This could well be
Harmonia axyridis mature larvae have more than 3 orange markings on each side. The keyword here though is "mature". Younger larvae have reduced pattern, so it is much harder to distinguish those.

A perfect H. quadripunctata larvae would have this pattern as a mature larva, as well as a pale stripe down the center of the thorax (just in front of the orange markings). The stripe is not always present, but it's a good clue if it is.
