Found on a high, dry bank above the ponded portion of Chico Creek in the Pueblo County portion of Chico Basin Ranch. Folded wings show light "V" from above with darker triangle just behind the thorax. Pronotal ridge elevated near head. Dark area directly in front of eye and white rectangle just behind the eye. Folded wings have three broad, dark spots. Wings at base in flight were yellow with broad white area distally. Shape of lower pronotum broadly pointed and angled towards the rear. Hind tibia pale yellowish.
