Stigmella apiciabella? I wasn't sure if it was on other Ulmus too--same as D691?

Moved from Unidentified Leaf Mines.

It is known from U. americana, U. rubra, and U. thomasii. It appears that the only published records are from OH and KY (I've reared it in MA).
