Bee Fly - Exoprosopa fasciata
Canadian River SW of Henryetta, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, USA
August 26, 2007
Size: aprox. 12mm body
at Diodia teres.
It was hard to get a good dorsal as the flowers were so low and there were velvet ants around and I did not want to kneel down for very long.

Exoprosopa
This is an Exoprosopa species, probably E. fasciata.
