large orange-winged tumbling flower beetle Mordellidae - Macrosiagon flavipennis - female

large orange-winged tumbling flower beetle Mordellidae - Macrosiagon flavipennis - Female
Arenzville, Cass County, Illinois, USA
July 8, 2017
Size: 15-16mm
Found this female? on spotted bee balm in a degraded sand prairie. The male was also on the flower - had orange antennae, all orange wing coverings and a black abdomen. A Macrosiagon limbatum was also on the flower next to this beetle. This beetle was 2-3 times larger than the Macrosiagon.

please not that Macrosiagon is not in the Mordellidae
