Moved from Braconid and Ichneumonid Wasps.

Note the characteristic abdominal spine. The white extending to the tip of the flagellum is also rather uncharacteristic for Ichneumonoidea. There's a lot of similarity to Urocerus cressoni apart from the apparent lack of a white spot behind the eye.
