Another beewolf on Narrow-leaf Mountain Mint - Philanthus sanbornii

Another beewolf on Narrow-leaf Mountain Mint - Philanthus sanbornii
Lena Park, Starke County, Indiana, USA
July 8, 2017
Photographed on Pycnanthemum tenuifolium (Narrow-leaf Mountain Mint) in tall prairie grass near a black oak woodland in a sand area. Several of these were feeding at these flowers and it's possible I have mixed more than one individual. They seemed a bit larger and more robust than the P. gibbosus beewolves I often see, and in the photos also seem less pockmarked. I didn't see these feeding at any other flower sp., though many were available in the vicinity. I posted a photo of another, but similar, individual from the same location moments ago.
