Tiny bug fell out of my hair. Twice.

Tiny bug fell out of my hair. Twice.
Buffalo, Erie County, New York, USA
July 13, 2017
Size: Very small. 6mm by 2mm
Fell out of my hair on two occasions. I park my car under a tree where a lot of pollen and tiny dead flowers fall from. My windshield is covered in the tiny dead flowers and I often get them in my hair. The first one is the picture submitted. The second one crawled over my hand fairly quickly and surprisingly bit me when I was observing it. The second one might have had yellow in it?

Frassed
Moved from Lacewings, Mantidflies and Allies.

Brown lacewing larva, specifically. (Hemerobiidae)
