Male - Graceful Twig Ant
7 abdominal segments = ♂
Thin abdomen and short antennae base = ♂
This guy looks like he has only 10 flagellomeres, but I'm not sure that we are counting them correctly. This might be a male Pseudomyrmex gracilis. Hold on for an expert.
