Confused Edessa - Ascra bifida

The ventral side of this Edessa shares the coloration and speckling of E. bifida and the small dark brown mark that is surrounded by a light brown circle in each segment of the abdomen in E. florida. So which are the characters on the ventral side that separate the two species?
