Dark Brown Spider - Metaltella simoni

Size: 2cm leg span
The markings on the back resemble the markings on the back of a much smaller spider I spotted in another room of the house a few weeks ago: http://bugguide.net/node/view/1391714. Although this is noticeably larger and a bit hairier.
