I'm not exactly sure of the species, but she is most likely Auplopus mellipes mellipes. Hold on for an expert.

looks like a pompiliid to me, but wait for the experts
there are carpenter ants and carpenter bees; this is neither an ant or a bee...
anyway, common names are utterly confusing :/
