Carabidae : Harpalini : Bradycellus rupestris
Images of this small harpaline are most consistent with Bradycellus rupestris based on pointed (denticulate) pronotal hind angles, reddish color of body and appendages, pattern of longitudinal dark streaks on elytra. Body length does not exceed 4.7 mm and so the photographer's quarter inch (~ 6.3 mm) is likely an overestimate.

NB: The Guide gives incorrect spelling "ruprestris". A contributing editor needs to correct this.

Corrected
Thanks, Peter.

It was definitely very tiny
and I'm not the best at size estimates, so you're probably correct. Thanks for the ID!
