Spotted jumping bug - Lycorma delicatula

I have found these recently in my backyard. Along with this red color there are some that are just black and white. Trying to indemnify in case it's harmful to my children or pets. Thanks

nymph of Lycorma delicatula - Spotted Lanternfly
Recently introduced from Asia and so far only found in Berks county. They won't harm people or pets but will attack many different plants. Would recommend reporting your sighting. More info here
