Chalcid wasp

Chalcid wasp
Austin, Travis County, Texas, USA
June 1, 2017
Size: 1-3 mm (unsure)
Saw this wasp on the inside of my Megaphasma enclosure, likely crawled out of a gall on a hackberry branch. My Megaphasma eat hackberry, and the branches I bring in for them are always absolutely covered in galls. I suspect this is genus Haltichella, but I am really not sure how to ID these. I can take additional photos if needed for ID.

Moved from ID Request.

Haltichella has ...
... a transverse crest at the base of the gaster, and I don't see that here. In fact, I'm not convinced this belongs to the Haltichellinae - tha apex of the hing tibia does not look very truncate to me.

I think you may have a male Trigonura there.

Thank you!
I do see similarities with Trigonura. I'll try to get some dorsal shots soon so it's easier to identify.

Pls provide a dorsal view, including a view of the wing if possible.

Not the best quality, but hope it's useful
