Size: 25mm
Chased this Pompilid all over the leaf litter. Finally got her to stay for a bit. Very reflective blue. Could not see head hair adornment. Very deep blue black wings.

i would say Anoplius (Notiochares)lepidus or amethystinus (it looks like the basal and transverse median vein meet at the media)... but it is difficult to say which for sure. grand pictures in any case.
