Yellow-legged Eulonchus - Eulonchus sapphirinus
Calaveras Big Trees State Park, Calaveras County, California, USA
May 24, 2015
The femora and tibiae are entirely yellow, and the proboscis is nearly equal in length to the body...indicating E. sapphirinus.

Note how the apical portion of the proboscis is flattened.
