Most likely Episyron Quinquenotatus but by looking the images in the guide some wasp have 2 other three white spot on abdomen don't know if this is just variation

You are correct. The white spots are slightly variable in this genus.
She seems to have snagged a big, yummy Orb Weaver spider.
