Small Metallic Bee or Wasp? - Osmia

Small Metallic Bee or Wasp? - Osmia
Vancouver, Kerrisdale, British Columbia, Canada
July 2, 2017
Size: 1/4 inch
Interesting observation: this was living in a nest (hole) in a cedar 4x4 pillar in our backyard.
I have a video of it leaving the nest. Then on Sat, July 22, I observed a different bug in the nest. I video recorded a small digger wasp (crabronina) coming out of the nest. Lately only the crabronina resides there. Is one of these a cuckoo?

Bee
This looks to be a 'Sweat Bee', Genus Lasioglossum. Hold on for an expert to verify. Nice pic!
