Black bee on Frasera speciosa - Hoplitis

Black bee on Frasera speciosa - Hoplitis
Caribou area near Nederland, Boulder County, Colorado, USA
July 21, 2017
This black bee was visiting Monument Plant (Frasera speciosa) in the Caribou area's floriferous meadows at about 10,000 feet. Venation with a narrow elongate marginal cell and two submarginal cells is unusual. There is a white patch next to the inside of the eye.
The Smithsonion Institute Red Book lists only Heterosaurus (now Pseudopanurgus) bakeri as visiting this plant. The Bee Genera says that this genus is common in the Rocky Mountains and Plains.
Any help is much appreciated.

Hoplitis
Thanks so much for identifying this black bee to genus Hoplitis. I do see at least one antenna that seems to have a tiny hook. Your help is much appreciated.
