This wasp was aggressive and stung on contact around a metal halide lamp used to attract moths. Can any one resolve to species?

Painful stinger = ♀
Note, the wings are not folded longitudinally at rest. She has no tarsal rake spines on the forelegs, a wide scuttelum, jagged teeth on the dorsal side of hind tibiae, etc.
I'm not sure of the species that are possible in your location. Let's wait for an expert.
