ID help please. What caught my eye was the odd growths on each side of the eyes. Any ideas as to what that is? Thanks!

Went back today
looking for any evidence of orchids - field has high grass - no success. There was lots of dogbane.

it was found in the middle of a field. I'll go back for a look. Is it the same moth as one you directed me to - Psara obscuralis?
