Fifteen-spotted? And I forgot to measure! (But it WAS larger than a Multi-colored Asian LB.)

Asymmetrical stains
are usually damage or bruising during the teneral stage.

When the adult emerges from the pupa, it has a period of a few hours where it is soft and fragile ("teneral"). During this time it will be very pale and lack any markings. As time progresses it will start forming the hard shell and colouration. Any bumps or predator attacks before it is finished will permanently stain and damage it.
