Stenolemus nymph…
Very nice. The "jerky gait" is possibly a defensive reaction (makes it appear like a twig moving in the wind) which helps it to avoid being eaten by other predators.

I honestly thought it was a thistle achene stuck in a bit of spider web at first. It's a great defense mechanism!
