Vashon BioBlitz 2012 - ID for fly with long antennae?

Vashon BioBlitz 2012 - ID for fly with long antennae?
Neill Point Natural Area, Vashon, King County, Washington, USA
June 2, 2012
This one is frustrating because these are the only two images to work from and both are blurry. The only obvious intriguing clue is the really long antennae -- easily longer than the abdomen. Nothing has looked quite right, but wondering if Keroplatidae or Pachyneuridae might be plausible. Anyone willing to take a stab at an ID?

Bolitophilidae is far more exciting...
...than my initial guesses. Wonderful! Thank you for the ID, John.
