Spicebush Swallowtail male ?? - Limenitis arthemis

Spicebush Swallowtail male ?? - Limenitis arthemis
Lexington, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, USA
August 2, 2017
Size: 3+"
What is throwing me is the 2 orange forewing spots on each wing.

Had no tails (ok. they break off).. and never saw the underwings and did not see the eyes on the inside hindwings
The greeny tinge is ok.. the book says some have that and not the bluey tinge.
