Actually, this is a different tiny twig/leaf percher called Cerotainia macrocera, from a different subfamily (note the closed r1 cell in the wing). Those super long antennae are a helpful field character for the genus; it also doesn't have the extreme googly-eyed appearance of Holcocephala.
