I'd say all of these ones are nebulosa
Even though I can't make out any wing markings here, the female terminalia is consistent with nebulosa over subpunctata. The female at the bottom of this photo appears to be the same individual and shows the terminalia at a straighter lateral angle:

The terminalia of both species are illustrated in the Handbooks for the Identification of British Insects Vol 2 Part 5a, page 30.

This individual:

has the wings more conspicuously marked as in typical nebulosa.
