Size
♂ 3.4-3.6mm, ♀ 3.4-3.8mm
Identification
superficially resembles Agallia quadripunctata, but lacks the spots on the pronotum (or at least only exhibits them very faintly).
Range
LA, TX to Central America (where it is common)
Remarks
this species was incorrectly referred to as Agallia lingula for many years due to decades of published misidentifications. Agallia lingula is a similar species with distinct genitalia endemic to Jamaica.
